Privacy Policy
Who we are
Quiet Quotes (quietquotes.com) is a service of PrimeZen LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at privacy@quietquotes.com.
What we collect
- Early access list: your email address, ZIP code, and the types of coverage you tell us you are interested in.
- Phone number (only once quotes are live, and only if you choose to give it): stored encrypted in our phone vault, as described below.
- Basic request data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address for a moment to limit how many times a form can be sent per minute; we do not store it with your signup.
We do not ask for your street address, date of birth, driver's license number or Social Security number on this site.
How we use it
- To send one email confirming your address, one email when quotes become available in your area, and replies to requests you send us.
- To run, secure and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
- We never use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking.
Your phone number and the phone vault
You never need to give a phone number to see prices. If you choose to, it is encrypted when it reaches us and stored only in encrypted form. It is released only when you apply for a policy, and only to the one insurance company or licensed agency you chose. After that single release, our encrypted copy is erased and the release is recorded in an audit log. If you do not apply within 30 days, the number is deleted automatically. You can delete it sooner with the private link we give you, or by emailing us.
Once the company you chose receives your number, its own privacy policy governs how it uses it.
Who we share with
- Service providers that run our infrastructure (such as Cloudflare for hosting and security), only to provide their service to us, and not for their own purposes.
- The insurer or licensed agency you choose, only when you ask us to, to process your application.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
We do not set cookies and we store nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider can set a strictly necessary security cookie only if it shows a security check during an attack. How long we keep it
- Early access list: until you ask us to remove you, or 24 months after we launch in your area, whichever comes first. Signups never confirmed are deleted 7 days after our confirmation email.
- Unreleased phone numbers: 30 days at most.
- The vault audit log: kept as proof of how numbers were handled. It never contains the phone number itself.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes a private "remove me" link that deletes your signup in one click. You can also ask us, at any time and for free, to:
- confirm whether we hold information about you, and see it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- get a copy of what you gave us in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do none of these, so you are already opted out.
We will not charge you, refuse service or treat you differently for asking.
Your Texas privacy rights
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Business and Commerce Code chapter 541) gives Texans the rights listed above. We follow its notice and request rules for everyone, whether or not the law requires it of a business our size. In the law's terms:

How to make a request
- Email: privacy@quietquotes.com, from the address you signed up with.
- One click: the "remove me" link in any email from us deletes your signup immediately.
We answer within 45 days. If we ever need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days, and the extension will not exceed another 45 days.
How to appeal
If we decline any part of your request, reply to our answer with the word "Appeal". We will decide your appeal in writing within 60 days and explain why. If we deny your appeal, you can file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and targeted advertising. Since we do neither for anyone, every visitor already gets that result. More in our Cookie Policy.
If you live in another state with its own privacy law, we honor the same rights for you.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) everywhere, encrypt phone numbers at rest, and limit access to the systems that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for collecting less so there is less to protect.
Children
Quiet Quotes is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and list the change here. We will never change it to allow selling your information.
